Who are we?
Paige Morrill is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who started NSC as a group practice and has since narrowed it down to a solo private practice. Paige likes to help clients break down barriers that are currently holding them back from achieving happiness, often by setting boundaries with family members, improving self-esteem, and recognizing their self-worth. She has worked extensively with teens and adults in various settings and has assisted them in creating substantial improvements in their everyday lives. Paige aims for her practice to be a safe space where a person can discover solutions that will work for them and learn how to implement and practice them with the help of a trained professional.
She practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which focuses on thought processes, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy which focuses on changing behaviors, navigating relationships and coping with crises, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which could be described as a combination of both CBT and DBT.
When she’s not working Paige enjoys all kinds of crafting and spending time with her giant rabbit, Polly.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help clients learn about themselves and grow in a way that benefits their mental health in the long-term. A lot of problems stem from being unkind to ourselves, or having unfair standards for our lives that prevent us from enjoying it. As our name states, we aim to help people nurture self-compassion as they learn to navigate whatever issues they wish to address.
